The Learn journey
Money is a life skill. We teach it like one.
Courses, stories and tools that build financial ability — not just vocabulary. Our first course, for children aged 10–15, is running now; courses for adults are on the way.
How Effer teaches
Know. Think. Decide. Grow.
Financial ability isn’t memorised — it’s built, the way any life skill is built: understanding, reflection, real decisions, and time.
Know
Concepts in plain language, in real Indian context — salaries, EMIs, school fees and festivals, not textbook abstractions.
Think
Stories and reflection questions that help you recognise yourself before you recognise the lesson.
Decide
Calculators and the simulator turn ideas into your numbers on your timeline — because seeing changes what we do.
Grow
Small decisions made well, repeated. Judgment compounds exactly the way money does.
Effer courses
Learning that starts early.
For children (ages 10–15) — running now
A course on money and wealth for young minds: earning, saving, spending, sharing and the quiet magic of compounding — taught the Effer way, through stories, examples and real decisions. Batch dates and fees on enquiry.
For adults — on the way
Practical wealth education for adults is being designed now. Tell us you’re interested and you’ll be the first to know when batches open.
Common questions
Before you enquire.
Who is the children’s course for?
Children aged 10 to 15 — an age when habits and judgment around money are just beginning to form, and form fast.
Is this a sales programme?
No. Effer courses are education — no products, no schemes, no selling to children or their parents.
